I say, it wouldn't happen in Blighty. Topless coffee shops... I completely understand that it's a tough time for business, but I mean, what is the world coming to? Apparently a coffee shop in Maine has encouraged waiters and waitresses to go topless when serving, and this has brought the crowds flocking in. I do hope they choose only the most steady-handed servers, or there'll be a serious health hazard. Even the blue-rinse brigade are enjoying the view - one 80 year-old woman requested to see the servers in spandex.
And in a small town too! I just hope that the craze doesn't catch on here on Meridian Island.
